Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by RAS Finance.

We provide bookkeeping, tax returns, annual accounts and financial advice for an agreed fixed monthly price.

The client provides the required information in full and on time so we can meet deadlines.

Rates exclude VAT. Invoices are sent monthly with the payment term stated on the invoice.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case by our professional indemnity insurance.

The agreement can be cancelled monthly, subject to a notice period of one month.
